A breakfast loaf I hear you say? What???? Well here it is...
A sourdough cobb loaf
- well it would have been if my little resort town would stretch that far, but a couple of individual sourdough rolls sufficed - filled with layers of bacon, tomato & ricotta then completely stuffed with an egg & milk mixture and baked til cooked and crispy!
What's not to like?

Oh my gosh, this sounds delicious. I need more directions. Can you send them to me? Do you mix up all the stuffing ingredients with the egg and milk mixture, then carve out a whole in the bread, fill it and bake? mmm
